New Delhi: All is not well between Mouni Roy and Rithvik Dhanjani, host of dance reality show ‘So You Think You Can Dance’.

Well, if reports are to be believed, the actress has slapped Rithvik unintentionally on the sets of the reality show.

Leading entertainment portal Tellychakkar quoted a reliable source saying, “The upcoming episode will see contestants dancing with various props to show their dancing talent. One of the contestants Tarun was performing with a mannequin. To add some fun to the proceedings, Mouni slapped Rithvik with the hand of the mannequin without realizing that the prop is very heavy.”

After the incident Rithvik’s face was swollen and he shot the entire episode with a swollen face.

Meanwhile it was reported that Bharti Singh and Sidharth Shukla are not getting along well on the sets of Colors’ ‘India’s Got Talent’.

New Delhi: After completing her graduation, Amitabh Bachchan’s grand-daughter Navya Nanda has taken off on a cruise in Phuket with her gang of friends including SRK’s son Aryan Khan.

Thelatest internet sensation has recently shared a bikini clad video of herself in which she is seen dancing like nobody’s watching.

New Delhi: Actress Mihika Verma, who has shifted to the US post her marriage earlier this year, is missing her Yeh Hai Mohabbatein co-stars.

The actress recently posted a collage of her co-stars on Instagram featuring Neena Kulkarni aka Mrs. Iyer, Raj Singh Arora aka Mihir and Shruti Bapna aka Vandita.  She captioned it that she was missing them a lot.

Mihika, who played the role of Mihika Iyer in the show, has been replaced by Avantika Hundal.

Few days back, actor Aly Goni, who is seen as Mihika’s husband in the show, was missing her on the set.

“I miss her so much on the set. She was my favourite co-star and buddy. The track now has my character married to the show’s Mihika, how I wish we had her now. Great friends getting married on screen,” Aly said in a statement.

“She’s a rock star and was the fun element on the set. There were many times she helped me with my scenes. She has a beautiful soul. I wish her all the luck and love in life,” he added.

The actress shocked all her fans by tying knot secretly with a US-based NRI businessman on April 27.

New Delhi: They made their relationship public on a recent reality show, but actress Mahek Chahal says she and boyfriend Ashmit Patel are not in hurry to tie the knot.
The “Nayee Padosan” actress said their respective professional commitments are keeping them busy at the moment.
“I think marriage is still too early. We have not completed a year yet so, I cant really say when we will be tying the knot. We both are very fond of each other and have a great friendship. Our thinking process is quite similar. We both are busy with our work,” Mahek Chahal told PTI.

The 37-year-old actress is currently busy shooting supernatural finite series “Kavach…Kaali Shaktiyon Se”, which marks her debut in fiction.
“I wont do saas-bahu fiction. But definitely, I would love to do a character which is interesting. I dont think I would do a daily show at this point of time. I have done reality shows but not fiction.”
In the show, she is playing the main antagonist, an evil spirit, opposite Mona Singh and Vivek Dahiya.
“Vivek and Mona are sweet. I have a great chemistry with Mona. We immediately started chatting on the first day. I think it is a Punjabi connection between me and Mona. Vivek encourages me. There are no hassles and we all help each other in whatever way we can,” she said.
Mahek opted for the negative role because she finds such characters more interesting.
“I think it is more fun playing a bad girl. I think this is pretty interesting to watch. This is also one of the reasons I said yes to the role. I have done a lot of negative roles and when I did my first one in Wanted, it was appreciated,” she said.
Asked if TV is moving back to the regressive state where they are promoting superstition, Maheck said, “No,I dont think so. People are making TV shows on each and every subject. It depends on what you are interested in. Had it not been the case Naagin would have been a flop show.”

New Delhi: A Delhi Court on Monday dismissed a criminal complaint filed against Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan for allegedly hurting religious sentiments by entering the sets of a temple wearing shoes while shooting for reality show ‘Bigg Boss 9’.

The Tis Hazari court, however, allowed the complainant to produce pre-summoning evidence on October 14.

In an Action Taken Report (ATR), the police had earlier said that Shah Rukh and Salman were shooting at a makeshift temple, which was part of the sets in a studio for the reality show and had no intention to hurt religious sentiments.

The report was filed following court’s order on the complaint lodged by advocate Gaurav Gulati who sought registration of an FIR against the two actors, Colors channel and director and producer of ‘Bigg Boss 9’ for alleged offences under sections 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings), 298(uttering words with deliberate intent to wound religious feelings) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The complaint alleged that in a video being circulated, Shah Rukh and Salman were seen wearing shoes on the sets of the temple while shooting for an episode of ‘ Bigg Boss 9’ where the idol can be seen in the background.

The complaint against the two actors was filed in the Roop Nagar Police Station in the national capital.

Mumbai:  Actor Waseem Mushtaq, popular for shows like “Mere Angne Mein” and “Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls”, is looking forward to playing a “delightful, captivating, enchanting and engaging” character in “Ek Rishta Saajhedari Ka”.

The maiden TV venture of Kavita Barjatya, the show also stars Kinshuk Vaidya and Shivya Pathania. Waseem is all set to portray the role of Kinshuk’s onscreen elder brother.

“My role is delightful, captivating, enchanting and engaging. I picked it up as I always want to play a meaningful character. I felt that the character has a great deal of importance and it’s very focused. Besides, it’s Kavita’s show. So all the more reason to work with the best in the industry,” Waseem said in a statement.

It is set to be launched on Sony Entertainment Television soon.

Mumbai: Supernatural drama “Naagin”, starring Mouni Roy and Arjun Bijlani, is set to be back on the TV screens with its second season this October.

The much-loved first season will go off air next week. “To all our #Naagin viewers, Season 2 will be back this October. Stay tuned to @ColorsTV,” tweeted Colors CEO Raj Nayak along with the link to the new season’s trailer.

The promo features Mouni and a new entrant, whose identity hasn’t been revealed yet. If reports are to be believed, Mouni Roy will be playing Shivanya and Ritik’s daughter in the upcoming season.

The Balaji Telefilms-produced finite series, which premiered in November last year, also starred Adaa Khan in the lead role.

New Delhi: Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fans, get ready to witness some drama in your favourite show very soon. According to the reports Ruhaan’s (Aditi Bhatia) identity will soon be revealed in front of Bhalla family.

In the last episode, we saw that Nidhi’s (Pavitra) truth comes out in front of Ishita and Raman but she has not revealed the truth of Ruhaan (Aditi Bhatia).

But according to the latest reports, everything will be sorted out in the forthcoming episodes.

Entertainment portal Tellychakkar quoted a source saying, “The family will get to know about Ruhaan being Ruhi and will be happy to have her back. But once home, Ruhi will confront Ishita and tell her that she hates her. She will also tell her that only because of Ishita, she had to separate from her family.”

New Delhi: Here comes a bad news for ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ fans. According to the reports one of the popular shows of Indian television may go off air soon. Sandhya (Deepika Singh), Sooraj (Anas Rashid) and Bhabho (Neelu Vaghela) became household names in very less time but now the low TRPs have forced the makers to shut down the daily soap.

Along with the low TRPs, lead pair Anas and Deepika’s tantrums are said to be the another reason behind the show going off air.

Times of India quoted a source saying,  “At one point of time, the show was the top show on the channel, but in the last few months, the ratings haven’t been steady. Also, the makers are quite fed up of the tantrums of the lead pair of Deepika Singh and Anas Rashid who aren’t the best of friends. In fact, last year Deepika had even slapped Anas while they were shooting and it was after CINTAA stepped in that the matter was resolved. There is a show that’s being made on the life of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt that might be replacing the show,” reports TOI.

Producer of the show, Shashi Mittal  also agreed that the ratings of the show have gone down but it still is one of the top shows.

“It’s like a family. Jaise family mein paanch saal saath rehne mein issues hote hain waise hi yahaan par bhi chhote-mote issues hote hain. There is nobody who is throwing tantrums. If the show goes off air, it’s all because of ratings. Even though there have been fluctuations in the ratings, our show continues to be in the top 10 shows. I haven’t received any official intimation from the channel. We have been hearing news about the show going off air for the last one year,” Shashi told the Times Of India.

Karachi: If you people wanted to see the Pakistani- Poonam Pandey, Qandeel Baloch, inside the ‘Bigg Boss’ house for its season 10, then you will have to wait a bit more as she has some “demands” to get fulfilled.
In a recent interview about her participation in ‘ Bigg Boss,’ the 25-year-old model said that she will not say anything much as “I have certain terms and conditions. Once those are met, I’ll release a statement,” reports the Dawn.

The rumour mill abuzzed when the social media sensation posted about the speculations on Facebook.

New Delhi: Sunny Leone has been a part of reality TV shows like “Bigg Boss” and “Splitsvilla” and the actress says they are not scripted.

The “Mastizaade” actress says some of the headline- grabbing moments on reality shows are as much a shock for the people on the set as they are for the audience.

“I love reality television. I know a lot of people think it is all scripted, it is not. Some of the most outrageous moments, we have no idea that they are going to happen,” Sunny told PTI in an interview.

“We don’t know the choices people are going to make. The choices end up shaping a lot of what the show turns out,” she said.

Sunny is returning as the host for the upcoming ninth season of “MTV Splitsvilla”.
The show will have 15 boys, as warriors, trying to woo six girls who will be princesses. The theme of the show this time is “where women rule”.

“I thought the concept was really great. I am a pro women anyway. It has been interesting to see how the boys on the show responded to these powers. We also did have moments where we thought the young ladies were taking advantage of their powers,” she said.

This is Sunny’s third season as the host of the series. The “Ragini MMS 2” star recalls that during her debut on the show she was a bundle of nerves.

“The first year I was really nervous, I didn’t understand how it works. I enjoyed following the show but getting used to certain things, like the way you say a few things in Hindi, that part was a little unnerving.”

The season nine will premiere on June 11. The show, based on American dating reality series “Flavor of Love”, will also feature actor Rannvijay Singh as Sunny’s co-host.

New Delhi: Actress Mona Singh, who became popular as the desi ‘Ugly Betty’ for essaying the lead role in the 2003 show “Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin”, says she is keen to be a part of the second season of the show if it ever happens.

Asked if she would like to star in a reboot of “Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin”, Mona told IANS: “Of course. I loved the show. It gave me all I wanted. If there is a season two, I would jump at it.”

The 34-year-old actress says that there is a time for every kind of show.

“I think there is a time for every kind of show. Like ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’, ‘Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin, ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ had a phase. I don’t know how it will be accepted now. Maybe it will be a risk,” she said.

Mona will now soon be seen in the upcoming supernatural TV show ” Kawach…Kaali Shaktiyon Se”, a finite series for Colors channel.

“Kawach…Kaali Shaktiyon Se”, which will air from June 11, also features Vivek Dahiya and Maheck Chahal.

New Delhi: ‘Rishton Ka Saudagar – Baazigar’ lead pairs Vatsal Seth and Ishita Dutta were asked by the makers of their show to sign a ‘no dating’ contract. According to this weird agreement the actors are not allowed to date each other or a cast/ crew member throughout the term of the contract of their show.

When leading portal Mid-Day buzzed the actor about the same, he confirmed the report and said, “It is one of the clauses in my contract laid down by the makers. I laughed when I first heard about it, but the producer explained the reason and I agreed with him. Basically, in the past, they have had bitter experiences when two actors started dating and eventually, broke up. So, after they parted ways, they didn’t wish to work together. It becomes difficult for the production house to deal with it.”

Few days back Vatsal Sheth said that he shares a “cosmic connection” with his  co-star Ishita Dutta.

“Ishita got finalised a day before we were supposed to go for an outdoor shoot. Until then, everything was unclear and uncertain. We started shooting as soon as she came on board and yet bonded instantly,” Vatsal said in a statement.

He added: “Slowly into the outdoor schedule we realised we have so much similarity including the ‘Ajay Devgn connection’ and the show and our character seemed to fit together perfectly. Hence, I call it cosmic connection”.

Moreover, Ishita was recently seen in Bollywood film “Drishyam” in which she played the role of Ajay Devgn’s daughter, whereas Vatsal was seen in the 2004 film “Taarzan: The Wonder Car” where he played role of Ajay’s son.

Here comes a bad news for Sumona Chakravarti and ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ fans. According to the reports the actress has decided to quit the popular comic show.

If reports are to be believed, the makers are planning to introduce a new girl as Kapil Sharma’s love interest and this has disappointed Sumona.

When ‘Saas Bahu Aur Saazish’ team asked Sumona about the same,  she dodges the question by saying ‘no comments’.

It has also been reported that the actress who rose to fame with the character of Kapil Sharma’s wife Manju Sharma in ‘Comedy Nights’ has asked makers to hike her fee.  However she has denied the buzz.

New Delhi: It seems that hubby Karan Patel aka Raman Bhalla is leaving no stone unturned to pamper wife Ankita Bhargava ,who is all set for comeback on TV with Doordarshan’s education show ‘Vidya’.

After the adorable Twitter conversation, Karan Patel has yet again surprised Ankita by visiting her on the sets of her upcoming show.

While talking to an entertainment portal Ankita confirmed the news and said that she was touched by her crew’s gesture. When Karan visited her, no one from the production team called her for shoot and the duo spent quality time together.

The  show  will be aired from June 13 on DD. Ankita was last seen on “Reporters.

Mumbai: An FIR was registered against former Bigg Boss contestant Ajaz Khan on Tuesday for allegedly sending lewd messages to a model.

She has claimed that Khan sent her vulgar messages on a popular messaging platform.

Choubey had approached Versova police on Monday and yesterday submitted her complaint, following which an FIR was registered against the actor.
