New Delhi: Colors’ show ‘Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki’ has often given new twists to its show.

There’s a third leap in the show and will introduce couple of actors which will include some children.

“Post the leap, ‘Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki’ will introduce actor Aansh Arora as Samar who will play the childhood friend of Amit Tandon (Kratika’s new romantic interest),” said a Source to tellychakkar.com

Arora was seen in &TV’s ‘Queens Hai Hum’ and has acted in a few web series.

NEW DELHI: Actor Shabir Ahluwalia, who is currently being applauded for his role of Abhi in popular TV show “Kumkum Bhagya”, says he will also be seen in its upcoming spin-off, “Kundali Bhagya”.

While “Kumkum Bhagya”, which is soon going to complete 1,000 episodes, tells the love story of Abhi and Pragya (Sriti Jha), “Kundali Bhagya” will narrate the story of Pragya’s sisters -Preeta and Shrishti -and their relations with a Punjabi family, whose elder son Rishabh Luthra’s celebrity management firm manages Abhi’s music career.

Actor Manit Joura will be seen essaying the role of Rishabh, while actor Dheeraj Dhoopar will play his younger brother Karan.

“Viewers can look forward to ‘Kundali Bhagya’ – (where) a new world emerges from the sub plots of ‘Kumkum Bhagya’. Soon, viewers will meet the new family in ‘Kundali Bhagya’ and get to know Karan and Rishabh,” said Shabir.

“Let’s hope they welcome the boys just like they’ve fallen in love with Abhi. I’ll be a part of the new show too. Looking forward to Dheeraj and Manit becoming the next superstars of TV. All the best to the team,” he added.

Backed by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Productions, “Kundali Bhagyaa will be aired on Zee TV from July 12.

“I am super excited to be a part of ‘Kundali Bhagya’ as this is going to be my first project with Balaji and Zee TV. I am playing the role of Karan who is born with a golden spoon in his mouth,” Dheeraj said.

“He doesn’t care about working for a living, but is a talented cricketer with his elder brother Rishabh managing his career. He is a rockstar in terms of attitude, personality and persona where girls swoon whenever he makes an entry.

“This character is very different from my previous role. Hope viewers enjoy the show and appreciate my character too,” he added.

New Delhi: After making quite a buzz in 2006, ‘Aksar’ is back with its sequel, starring Zareen Khan and Gautam Rode.

The makers have come up with a teaser trailer today, with a question, “How often do you see the trap?”

If you remember Aksar, it revolved around a conspiracy. Now, looks like ‘Aksar 2’ will also follow the same path.

New Delhi: Colors’ fantasy drama and much awaited TV soap ‘Chandrakanta’ launched yesterday.

As soon as it started, many changes have been developed in casting.

As per reports, Amit Sinha who was finalised to play the role of Kroor Singh in the show has now been replaced by Puneet Talreja.

‘Badi Door Se Aaye Hai’ fame, Punit has been roped in to enact this important role. According to sources, the credentials needed for the character of Kroor Singh were apparently not fulfiled by Amit.

Well! it was a replacement, there is also a reunion in the show. Punit reunites with his ‘Badi Door Se Aaye Hai’ co-star Urvashi Dholakia in the show.

New Delhi: Battle between comedians Kapil Sharma and Krushna Abshishek has been intensified now. Kapil already received a boost as Chandan Prabhakar who joined his team a while ago. And now, popular comedian Bharti has been roped in to be a part of the show as per the sources.

Bharti not only worked with Krushna but has been considered best friend of latter. Bharti’s husband Harsh will also be part of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. He would be writing the scripts for Bharti according to the reports.

It is sai d that Bharti has agreed to be on the show due to her respect and adoration towards Kapil.

New Delhi: ‘Sath Nibahana Sathiya’ actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee who plays Gopi in the show, has undergone a surgery. 26-years-old actress has been admitted to Nanavati Hospital today on June 28  in Mumbai and recovering quickly.

Two years ago, The Gopi bahu of TV had some injury at the sets of ‘Sath Nibhana Sathiya’. Since then she was facing back pain problem. The actress got operated for the same after a long gap of two years.

She made her debut in a small role with ‘ Preeto ‘ on Imagine TV seven years back.

NEW DELHI: Actress Muskan Bamne, who plays a ventriloquist in new TV show “Bakula Bua Ka Bhoot”, will essay the role of actress Shraddha Kapoor’s daughter in the upcoming biographical crime film “Haseena Parkar”.

Muskan will be seen as Umaira, daughter of Haseena Parkar, in the Apoorva Lakhia directorial.

“I am a huge fan of Shraddha Kapoor so, when I got to know that I will be playing the role of her daughter, I couldn’t believe it. Initially I was scared as I have always seen her on screen, but she was very warm and supportive towards me,” Muskan said in a statement.

“At the threshold of my acting career bagging an opportunity to share screen space with Shraddha Kapoor and one of finest theatre artiste, Sarita Joshi, in the same year is like a dream come true. I feel very blessed that I got a chance to work with great actors,” she added.

NEW DELHI: Comedian Krushna Abhishek who is seen as a probable contender for the title of ‘TV Comedy King’ along with Kapil Sharma is the happiest man on the planet now. Firstly, his show ‘The Drama Company’ is all set to telecast on Sony TV and secondly, he has become father of twin boys.

Krushna and Kashmera Shah have turned parents to twins via surrogacy, a report in Mumbai Mirror suggests. Babies who were born six weeks ago are currently in hospital in neo-natal care. The new parents are elated at the addition to their family and are spending lot of time with their bundle of joy.

NEW DELHI: Comedian Chandan Prabhakar, who had walked out of Kapil Sharma’s show following a tiff with the actor-host, says he decided to return as his friend needed him.

In March this year, Kapil in an inebriated state had reportedly abused, assaulted and even hurled a shoe at co-star Sunil Grover on a flight from Melbourne to India, leading to many of the crew members exiting the show. Now, after three months, Chandan has reunited with the “Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon” actor and is back on the show. “It was not a hardcore decision. It was a reaction for sometime… thats it. Now everything is sorted between us. I felt Kapil needs me now and I should stand by him.

“We have been childhood friends and we have fought couple of times earlier as well. But now that we are working on a television show and have become popular, so our fight was talked about. We all fight in real life with our siblings and its ok,” said Chandan. The infamous tiff led to the exit of Kapil’s team members including Sunil, Ali Asgar and Chandan following which his show faced low TRPs.

“The TRPs were affected due to the unavailability of some characters from the show. We all including me, Sunil, Ali have our own fan following. So when the characters played by us were not part of the show, it did result in the show not getting good response,”Chandan says. There have been reports about Kapil’s attitude and arrogance. However, Chandan defends Kapil and calls him a ‘genuine’ guy.

“We have worked together earlier and when he used to say anything to me that time I used to not feel bad. Now when he talks in a similar tone to me, I feel bad. So, it’s not his problem…. its mine as my mindset has changed,” he says. “When someone becomes popular, others feel there is arrogance in him, but people have made him big. He is a genuine guy.”

Prod him about his indecent behaviour in the flight, Chandan says, “I don’t want to discuss old things… that chapter is over.”The other popular cast of “The Kapil Sharma” show – Sunil and Ali have refused to return to the show. “I am sure Kapil has approached Sunil as well.. its his life and his decision whether he wants to come back or not on the show,” Chandan says.

“I am sad and I will miss them as we have worked together for three-four years. There was a bonding, chemistry that we all have developed over the years while working on the show. Its their life and they have taken certain decisions,” he adds

New Delhi: Sony Entertainment Television’s historical show ‘Peshwa Bajirao’ is just about to take leap in the show. With this, the lead role of Bajirao will be played by TV actor ‘Karan Suchak’ and grown-up Kashibai will be ‘Ishita Ganguly’.

Now, as we all have seen the movie ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and know that ‘Mastani’ was an integral part of Bajirao. So the question is who will play the role of ‘Mastani’ in the Sony TV show.

Well, TV actress Megha Chakraborty has been finalized to play the iconic role. According to news in India Forums, “After a lot of thought and look tests, actress Megha Chakraborty has been finalised to play the character of Mastani.Megha is best known for her roles in shows like Khwabon Ki Zamin Par and Badi Devrani.The actress has already started training for fierce sword fighting for the show too.”

New Delhi: Colors TV reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 8’ has reached in the finals and it is being shot in Spain only. Show started in June and within a month it is getting over.

As we told you earlier that Shiny Doshi was the first one to get eliminated. And the recent one to get eliminated was Manveer Gurjar who got evicted from the show in the twelfth episode.

Now we hear that only three contestants have reached in the finale. According to news in Spotboye.com, “Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8 has reached its last leg and the team is currently shooting in Spain for the finale. Hina Khan, Ravi Dubey and Shantanu Maheshwari will be featuring in the finale of Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8.”

The last season of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ was won by ‘Balika Vadhu’ actor Siddharth Shukla and show was hosted by Arjun Kapoor. But this time, adventurous show is being hosted by filmmaker Rohit Shetty.

New Delhi: As we know that Colors TV’s controversial reality show Bigg Boss 11 will start by September because there will be no ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ and ‘India’s Got Talent’ this time. With this, the names of celebs who may take part in the show are coming up. Speculations were on rife that Ayaz Ahmed, Dipika Kakkar and Sharad Kelkar will be part of the show, but they have denied the rumours.

The another name that is being thought of joining Bigg Boss 11 is TV actress Achint Kaur, who is renowned name and face of our Television Industry. She was last seen in Zee TV’s superhit show ‘Jamai Raja’, where she played the role of mother-in-law ‘Durga Devi’ and won many awards.

According to news in Bollywoodlife, “The makers have approached her as she is a popular face. Moreover, Achint has the forthrightness that brings a spark on the show.”

New Delhi: Colors TV reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 8’ has reached at the last stage. Show will have finale very soon and as we told you earlier that top 3 finalists of the show are, Hina Khan, Shantanu Maheshwari and Ravi Dubey.

Just before the final round, these top 3 finalists are having the time of their life in Barcelona. TV actress Hina Khan’s boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal joined her on her foreign land to spend some quality time together.

On the other hand Ravi Dubey’s wife and actress Sargun Mehta also went to Barcelona to join Ravi and his gang. But something bad happened with the Ravi Dubey during this trip.

Actually, on the night of 1^st July actor got attacked and robbed in a public place. Not just this, he also lost his phone during this incident.

Kumkum Bhagya has Sriti Jha (Pragya) and Shabbir Ahluwalia (Abhi) in the lead roles.

Well, there were rumours that popular Star Plus show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ will also have spin off show. During the launch of ‘Kundali Bhagya’ Ekta Kapoor made a huge revelation.

Producer said that she wanted to do something like popular Hollywood show ‘Friends’, which has spin-off on the life of Joey and his family. She said, “I was looking forward to doing something on the lines of Friends and its spin off. But there are 6-7 strong characters in most of my shows. Hence, I was planning something on the same lines for ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ as well, but it was not working out with the storyline and writing and all other aspects.”

Ohhh! Sadly we won’t have the spin-off of Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel starrer show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’.
